This Privacy Policy ("Policy") states SPEEDEE, LLC's ("SPEEDEE") practices and policy for privacy and security of information provided to it through use of its enhanced telecommunications service ("Service"). Usage of SPEEDEE's Service is your consent to how we collect, use and handle information as explained in this Policy.

Signing up for SPEEDEE Service. SPEEDEE requests information on registered and/or authorized users (collectively "Users") such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address and information about customers of Users of SPEEDEE services.

Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. SPEEDEE collects and saves the information Users input in SPEEDEE's system. SPEEDEE does not sell or use this information for any purpose but only maintains the information for and makes available to Users for use in Users' businesses.

Submission of Information on Third Parties. SPEEDEE does not use or disclose information Users provide about third parties for any purpose other than to maintain and make available such information to Users of SPEEDEE's service.

Administration of SPEEDEE's Telecommunications Service and Correction of Technical Problems. SPEEDEE may use information to identify or resolve technical matters or to assist Users with service issues as necessary and requested by Users. SPEEDEE will disclose such information to SPEEDEE employees and authorized service providers who require such information to perform adjustments or corrections to User's information in SPEEDEE's system.

Legal Reasons for Disclosure of Information. SPEEDEE may be required to disclose information provided by registered users in response to a court order, subpoena, government request or investigation, or as required by law of any jurisdiction. SPEEDEE complies with all legal or court orders and will provide information as required by law, a court order or other legal process to respond to claims or to protect the rights or property of SPEEDEE or its registered users. SPEEDEE also reserves the right to report to law enforcement or transportation agencies any activities that such agencies request. SPEEDEE may release certain information when it believes such release is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of SPEEDEE, its registered users and their customers.

Security of Information. No transmission over the internet is secure and no company can ensure total security but SPEEDEE will make reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to Users' data and to maintain all information received or stored in a secure manner and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. SPEEDEE protects the information it receives and stores with software that restricts access to said information to authorized personnel in accordance with this policy.

Change of SPEEDEE Privacy Policy. SPEEDEE continues to implement new technologies and services for its registered users and this Policy may change. Significant changes to this Policy in the way SPEEDEE receives, stores, or handles information will be identified and communicated to SPEEDEE Users thirty (30) days in advance of such changes and Users will have the opportunity to cease Service and remove all information stored in SPEEDEE's enhanced telecommunication service.
